I challenged myself to rework an exisiting photograph which I love, and created layers and textures, to bring this image to life. It was selected as the digital creative image of the night, several months ago at our club night at the Auckland Photographic Society. I was in Te Wai Pounamu (South Island) at the time visiting whanau, but was delighted to learn of its success. Thanks to the judge; Robin Short, for this award.
