Tui on Flax

Tui on Flax

This photo was taken early one morning near Palmerston North. This tui (also known as Parson Bird because of its white bib) was a dominant male asserting its territory by singing away on an old flax seed head and chasing away any other birds that came near to feed on the flax flowers

A good photo is not taken, rather it is a gift from the Creator.
