Tui and harakeke

Every now and then you get a shot that you weren't expecting and you fall in love with the image the second you see it. This shot from a trip to Tawharanui this week is one of those for me. To get a tui flying up close is an ongoing goal of mine, and the simple beauty of the flowering flax fronds is a bonus. (Best viewed full screen)
