Black-Billed Gull or Tarāpuka - Part of a colony that established in the half demolished and flooded foundations of a former office block on Armagh street in the CBD of Christchurch, 2019. They are endemic to New Zealand and have a conservation status of Nationally critical. The Black-Billed Gull Population has declined 70-80% in the last 30 years. 70-200mm cropped.
