Red-Billed Gulls are native to New Zealand and have a conservation status of declining. I took this shot in the evening as a group were bathing in a huge puddle after torrential rain. They were oblivious to my presence as I lay down to photograph them at eye level. 1/8000 iso 500 f2.8 70-200mm cropped.
