Very exciting to have a Greenfinch visit my garden for the first time. Waited for at least two hours for this shot in my Kowhai tree, watched my coffee get cold, but worth it. Significantly cropped. Interesting to see it’s banded. Greenfinch are an introduced and naturalised bird to New Zealand. 70-200mm f2.8.
