There are several iconic features that dot the Auckland landscape and skyline, one being the Auckland Harbour Bridge commonly referred to as 'the coathanger'. Stretching across the Waitemata Harbour and joining the North Shore to the central and southern parts of the city, the bridge has stood proud for over 60 years. Every year it is decked with solar lights, all powered by solar energy. This image was one of several taken on the northern side of the bridge using a Samyang 14mm f2.8 manual lens.\n\nCanon 5dmkiv\n14mm; f4; 15 seconds; ISO160\nSamyang 14mm f2.8 manual lens

The greatest gift is the present. I’m a photographer who enjoys getting out and about when I can and have a passion for motorsport and landscape photography. I especially enjoy photographing movement.
